FILIPINO boxing great Manny Pacquiao is just three weeks away from his comeback fight.

With his ring return set on July 19 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Pacquiao continues to put himself in the best shape possible to challenge WBC welterweight champ Mario Barrios.

Training in Los Angeles, the 46-year-old Pacquiao reposted Instagram stories of him running alongside his team including fellow pugs Eumir Felix Marcial and Mark Magsayo.

Marcial and Magsayo are fighting in the undercard of the Pacquiao-Barrios main event.

Should Pacquiao defeat Barrios, he will top the record that he himself set as the oldest welterweight champ when he defeated Keith Thurman at 40 in 2019 for the WBA belt.

Four years since his last fight, most fans are concerned with Pacquiao’s decisions to come out of retirement at his age.

Pacquiao has repeatedly said he’s still in good shape and that he can still hold his own even against Barrios, who is years younger.

“Four years rest has been good for me. I’ve been in boxing for so many decades, so it’s good for my body to rest for four years. I’ve missed boxing. I feel like the passion, the fire in my eyes, working hard — it’s still there,” Pacquiao said earlier.

“I’m enjoying this training camp. There’s a couple of adjustments for bodily recovery. We have to control the body, give my body time to rest and recover.

“Now I’m back so one at a time, after this fight we can plan whatever we want. Just watch on July 19th,” he said. “It will be a good fight,” he added.
