JOLLIBEE’s signature Chickenjoy has once again topped USA Today’s 10Best Fast Food Fried Chicken list, marking the second consecutive year the homegrown fast-food giant has clinched the No. 1 spot in the highly anticipated Readers’ Choice Awards.

The 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards highlight the top food and travel experiences in the United States and are curated by a panel of experts and decided through public voting.
Chickenjoy emerged victorious over several major US and regional chains, reaffirming its growing popularity in the American market.

Known for its crispy golden skin, tender and juicy meat, and bold seasoning, Chickenjoy has become a staple comfort food for both Filipino and international customers. It is typically served with sides and Jollibee’s signature silky gravy.
Jollibee’s consistent recognition in international rankings underscores its global appeal.
Chickenjoy was previously named the Best Fast-Food Fried Chicken by Eater.com in 2022, Best Chain Fried Chicken in America by Thrillist in 2021, and placed third on FoodBeast’s list of Top Featured Fast-Food Fried Chicken Joints in the US in 2017.

Rounding out USA Today’s 2025 fried chicken list were Pollo Campero at second spot, followed by Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken in third, and Church’s Texas Chicken at No. 4.
