On Tuesday morning, Robert Downey, Jr. gave stars of the upcoming "Ironheart" a wonderful, sweet surprise as they were being interviewed on "Good Morning America".
The future star of "Avengers: Doomsday" recorded a message for Dominique Thorne and Anthony Ramos, putting his support fully behind the pair and "Ironheart". You can watch the clip below.

"Ms. Thorne, I couldn't be happier than to be seeing you bring Riri Williams to life," Downey said. "But, the Hood has me nervous. Is the hood green? Please tell me Mr. Ramos is not replacing me as Dr. Doom via Parker Robbins. Is there something they're not telling me?"
Downey finished the video by making a heart with his fingers and saying, "Long story short, Iron Man loves Ironheart."
Thorne made her own heart sign back, responding, "Ironheart loves Iron Man, too."
This isn't the first time we've heard Downey step in to give his blessing to Iron Man's successor. Back in May, Thorne told Empire that Downey had reached out to give her some words of support.
"Robert Downey Jr and I spoke just after we wrapped ['Ironheart'], and he shared some very lovely words about my journey," Thorne said. "He told me how excited he was and that he's rooting for it, too. I literally got two thumbs up. It's really reassuring to know you're not embarrassing Iron Man."
In fact, recently Thorne hinted that she might be running into Downey as Doctor Doom in either "Avengers: Doomsday" or the follow-up "Avengers: Secret Wars".
She stopped short of confirming it, but asked about appearing in the films, Thorne said, "Oh, you know, what can I say? The odds might be in our favor. Who knows? We'll see. We'll see."
Thorne made her debut as Riri Williams/Ironheart in 2022's "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever". Williams becomes a central figure in the conflict between Wakanda and Talokan when she develops a device that can detect vibranium.
Her upcoming series takes place after the events of that film, when Williams returns home to Chicago to find the mystical threat of Parker Robbins/The Hood (Anthony Ramos) waiting for her.
The first three episodes of "Ironheart" premiere on Disney+ on June 24.
